How it works?

The b2b matchmaking event (pre-booked business meetings) is a great opportunity and a cost-efficient way to meet new potential business partners from different countries in one or two days or even one afternoon at one place. Individual meeting schedules are prearranged for every participant.

Step 1: Register for b2b matchmaking event by filling in a primary registration form online. A registration confirmation will be send by email with your user name and password.

Step 2: Sign into your TradeMeeting account and register to the selected matchmaking event. Fill in the company’s cooperation profile, which will be used to identify companies with matching interests and potential areas of cooperation. Every cooperation profile will be checked and validated by the organizers. A confirmation letter will be send to you by email.

Step 3: Check the online catalogue of participants and choose the companies you would like to meet during the event.

Step 4: Individual meeting schedules are generated according to the companies’ wishes and prefererences indicated in the cooperation profiles.
